1. Digital Subscription Refunds
ATS Resume Checker is a digital service: your ATS compatibility score and prioritized fix list are delivered instantly once you upload a resume and job description. We back every paid plan with a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund. After that window, because access to the service begins immediately, subscription payments are non-refundable.
Paid plans start with a 3-day trial, then bill monthly — Pro at $9.99/mo or Career at $19.99/mo. A payment method is required to start the trial, and you can cancel at any time before the renewal date. Your first resume scan is free and never involves any payment.
However, refunds may be issued if:
- You were charged twice for the same billing period
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription before the renewal date
- There was a verified technical issue that prevented you from receiving scan results for your uploaded resume
You must contact us within 7 days of the charge.
2. No Refunds For
- Change of mind after the 7-day money-back window
- Dissatisfaction with a particular ATS score, keyword suggestion, or AI re-write
- Uploading unreadable, corrupted, or incomplete resume files or job descriptions
- Using the service incorrectly
- Partially used billing periods after cancellation
3. How to Request a Refund

- The email address associated with your account
- Payment receipt
- Description of issue
We respond within 48 hours.
4. Chargebacks
Filing an unsubstantiated chargeback may result in account suspension.
